360 Photo Booth Business Contract - Simplified Version

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between  [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as "Provider", and  [Customer Name or Company Name], hereinafter referred to as "Client", effective as of  [Effective Date]

  1. Scope of Services

Provider agrees to provide the following services to Client:

  • Rental of 360 photo booth equipment as described in the attached exhibit.
  • Delivery, setup, and breakdown of the equipment at the specified event location(s).
  • Technical support and assistance during the event(s).
  • Optional add-on services as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
  1. Term

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the completion of the event(s) specified in the attached exhibit, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein.

  1. Fees

Client shall pay Provider the fees as outlined in the attached exhibit for the rental and additional services provided. Payment terms shall be as follows:  [Specify payment terms, e.g., 50% deposit due upon signing, balance due one week prior to the event].

  1. Responsibilities of Provider

Provider shall:

  • Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition prior to delivery.
  • Deliver, set up, and test the equipment at the specified event location(s).

  • Collect the equipment at the conclusion of the event(s).
  1. Responsibilities of Client

Client shall:

  • Provide accurate event details and specifications to Provider.

  • Promptly notify Provider of any issues or concerns related to the equipment or services provided.
  1. Indemnification

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the performance of this Agreement.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of any provision herein, which remains uncured for a period of  [specify cure period].
